2024-2025 Hotel Information
The Colorado All-State Choir festival will be held at the Embassy Suites. Students will be rehearsing in the hotel. Embassy Suites is located across the street from the Convention Center and is close to the 16th Street Mall for meal options. This hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast buffet.
Embassy Suites rate for 2025 starts at $192/room – contact the hotel for details based on number of occupants

Note: Directors should attach their state issued tax exempt certificate with their tax exempt packet.

Students and directors are not required to purchase hotel rooms, however they must be on time to ALL rehearsals and call times.
Transportation issues are not a valid excuse for missing and/or being late to ANY rehearsal. Directors are strongly encouraged to purchase hotel rooms for all students.

Hyatt Regency
Although we are not officially contracting with the Hyatt Regency this year, they have been a great resource for schools who are unable to book rooms at the Embassy. Here is some information that we used from the Hyatt in the past. Directors should contact the Hyatt Regency for more information to explore current policies and procedures.
A Note from the Hyatt:
Since students in this block are under age, we will need all student names listed on the reservations and we will need to know who the chaperones are. This information will be necessary in case of any kind of emergency/evacuation.
This will not apply if children are checking in with their parents.
At Hyatt Regency Denver, we do have valet and self-parking for guests. Parking information & parking map provided in the pdf link above. Hyatt Regency does not coordinate parking outside the location of the hotel. However, to help with additional public parking, please see map image below provided by Hyatt to assist with other parking options nearby.
