To register your students for auditions, follow these steps:

Step 1: Complete the Audition Registration Form.

This form holds all of the data. Double and triple check that this information is correct. This information will be used in the All State program!
PLEASE be sure you are checking for correct spelling, correct capital letters, etc..  

Upon completion, this form will prompt you to continue to steps 2 and 3.

Step 2: Download/Complete your Director Responsibility Form.

Return to Kaitlin Miles by by e-mail.

Also complete any Petition Forms for any of your students that cannot audition at your assigned audition site.

If you are requesting Accommodations for students, be sure to complete the IEP/504 Accommodation Request Form and send in the supported documentation. This form is to be e-mailed to both Kaitlin Miles and the scheduling governor of the site you are registering for. These e-mail addresses are provided on the form. 

Step 3: Pay Online at the CMEA Website.

Complete the form on CMEA’s newly designed website.
